Training of security of sales place

Target group: Employees of sales and service company
Aim of training: To improve the awareness of the employees of the commercial company in the questions related to security and safety with the aim to achieve better results to prevent or handle the potential loss events.
Time volume of training:  2.5 h
Price:  250 EUR for one group up to 20 persons, VAT is added to the price 
Topics of training:
1. Conditions created by ourselves to facilitate the activities of the criminal contingent
2. Actions in case of following risks:
    - Thefts
    - Frauds
    - Robberies
3. Functions of security element, video surveillance or manned security
4. Cooperation bases with police and security company
5. Obligations and rights of the personnel in case of loss events
6. Main operations of procedure of loss event

Risk analysis of the commercial company

Risk analysis involves:
1. Charting of internal and external risks
2. Existence of the security and safety measures in the company and the charting of their application by the employees
3. Control of awareness of the employees in prevention of risks or behaving in case of risks
4. Basic principles of set up of security systems
5. Recommendations and proposals for hedging the risks
6. Drawing up of the required standards or the completion of the existing standards.
Depending on the volume of risk analysis the price is from 350 EUR, VAT is added to the price.

 

Fire safety related training for the personnel of the company

Basis: Fire Safety Act § 3 (2)1)
Target group: Employees of the company
Aim of training: To improve the awareness of the employees in the questions related to security and safety with the aim to achieve better results to prevent or handle the potential loss events.
Time volume of training:  4  h
Price:  380 EUR for one group of 10 to 20 persons, VAT is added to the price. The price is not including the practical part. In case of the group different from the above the price is fixed in the course of negotiations.
Training plan:
Theoretical part:
1. Measures to guarantee the fire safety in the company
2. Requirements for fire safety installations and evacuation routes
3. Causes of fire, expansion and risks in case of fire
4. Actions in case of fire
5. Use of basic fire extinguishing equipment
6. First aid in case of burns and carbon monoxide poisoning.
Practical part:
1. Practical use of basic fire extinguishing equipment
    - use of dry-powder extinguisher
    - use of CO extinguisher
    - use of foam extinguisher
    - use of extinguishing blanket
The price of practical extinguishing exercise is created according to the number of participants and type of extinguishers.

 

Fire safety related evacuation training in the company

Basis: Fire Safety Act § 3 (2)1)
Target group: Employees of the company
Price:  380 EUR for one group of 10 to 20 persons, VAT is added to the price
Training involves:
1. Legal preparation of the legend of training
2. Pre-training instruction 1.5 – 2 h
3. Conduct of training with the involvement of security company and/or Rescue Board
4. Preparation of written summary

 

Fire work related competence training

Basis: Fire work requirements, Fire Safety Act § 3 (2)1)
Maximum size of training group: 15 persons
Training volume: 7 h
Price: 70 EUR  for one participant, 570 EUR for the group of 10-15 persons, VAT is added to the price

At the termination of training the applicant of certificate of firework passes the written assessment and in case of positive pass of assessment USS Security Eesti AS issues the relevant fire work certificate to the applicant.

 

Requirements for the maintenance of technological systems of buildings

Aim of training: To improve the level of knowledge in the questions related to the maintenance of technological systems of buildings with the aim to achieve better results to prevent or handle the potential loss events, to provide a brief overview of the technological systems located in the buildings.
Target group: administrative managers or employees who are responsible for the maintenance of technological systems.
Time volume of training:  8  h
Price: 128 EUR for one participant, VAT is added to the price. Minimum size of group 10 persons.
If the training is held at the client’s, the price can be negotiated. Also, it is possible to organize training for one or more topics in the list provided below.
Training involves: the requirements for maintenance of technological systems, division of the responsibility of the client and maintenance worker, required drafting of the necessary documentation and technical specifications and recommendations.

1. Valid Fire Safety Act and observations and recommendations given by Rescue Board
2. Requirements for fire safety installations, their functioning principles and use: extinguishers, standpipes, sprinkler systems

Basis: Security Service Act § 22 (2)
Target group: Managers and middle managers of security company and internal security service
Volume of training: according to the valid professional standard 80 h.
Price of training: 320 EUR for one participant, VAT is added to the price

 

Qualification training of security employee

Basis: Security Service Act § 22 (2)
Target group: Security employees of the security company who wish to continue working in the security company after the probation period
Volume of training: according to the valid professional standard 50 h
Price of training: 127 EUR for one participant, VAT is added to the price

 

In-service training of security employee

Basis: Security Service Act § 27 (5)
Target group: Security employees of the security company who have worked in the company more than a year
Volume of training: according to Security Service Act § 27 (5) 16 h
Price of training: 30 EUR for one participant
USS Security Eesti AS issues the certificate for passing the training for the ones having passed the training.
