TS service
In case of technical surveillance service the alarm system equipment is installed to the client’s room which is connected with the security centre of the security company with the help of phone or modem (GSM or IP) for forwarding the alarm signals. When alarm signal arrives, the closest USS Security patrol team drives to the site and controls the situation. The contact persons and, if required, police or rescue board is notified of the event.
The patrol team drives to the site in case of each alarm received. The alarm could be also cancelled with password. Also, the panic button can be installed for the object which enables the client to create alarm by him/her.
Our high level technical surveillance service is provided to companies and other institutions (offices, warehouses, schools, kindergartens, garages, hotels, construction sites etc).
Client-friendly and personal
- In transfer from other security company we draw up all documents for the client. Provided the client has for example the obligation of 30-day pre-notification of the termination of the contract, we cover the expenses related to the termination of the contract.
- The coming over to USS Security surveillance often presumes the installation of the new modem of the security system which forwards the alarm notice to our management centre. Modem and its exchange are free of charge for the overcoming client.
Best service
- We have no queues. We promise that we will come to install devices already at the next workday after the conclusion of the contract.
- We provide only full service. No expensive additional solutions or separate set-off fees.
- We guarantee the peaceful night for our client. His/her arrival to the object under guard in case of alarm is not obligatory. We manage the situation by ourselves and also assume responsibility for it.
Worth to know: we provide only full service for our clients in technical surveillance. In coming over from the other security company we cover the expenses of the client and install necessary equipment already at the next workday.

Elion
The Estonian largest telecom company has hundreds of central stations all over Estonia to be guarded. More than hundred of these have been trusted under the custody of technical surveillance of USS Security. When the station is broken in or the strikes hit it, our management centre receives the alarm to which the patrol team of USS Security immediately responds.
Radisson
In addition to manned surveillance Radisson is also a technical surveillance client for us. USS Security has installed security equipment and established the management centre in Hotel Olümpia, where the security of the hotel is kept under control through video surveillance service.
