In case of technical surveillance service the alarm system equipment is installed to the client’s rooms which are connected to transmit the alarm signals with the help of phone or modem (GSM or IP) to the security centre of the security company. When the alarm arrives, the closest patrol team of USS Security arrives who controls the situation. The contact persons and if required, police or rescue service is notified of the event.
The patrol team arrives to the site in case of each received alarm. The alarm can be cancelled with password. In addition the panic button can be installed to the object which enables the client to create the alarm by itself. We provide our high level technical surveillance service to the private clients (apartment, private house, row house).
Client friendly and personal
- In coming over from the other security company we draw up all documents for our client. Provided the client has for example 30-day notification obligation of the termination of the contract, we cover the expenses related to the termination of the contract.
- The coming over to USS Security often presumes the installation of the new modem to the client’s security system which forwards the alarm notice to our management centre. Modem and its replacement are free of charge for the client having come over.
Best service
- We have no queues. We promise that we come to install equipment already at the next day after the conclusion of the contract.
- We provide only full service. No expensive additional solutions or separate drive-out fees.
- We guarantee peaceful night for the client. The arrival of the latter to the object under guard is not obligatory in case of alarm. We manage our situation ourselves and assume also responsibility for it.
The price of technical surveillance service for the private client is from 14.99 € a month.
Worth to know: in coming over from the other security company we cover the client’s expenses and install necessary equipment already at the next workday.
General terms
- In case of all contracts the lease and installation of the transmitter is free of charge (value 6.50 € a month, 234 € in case of 3-year contract).
- We provide full service, i.e. in case of alarm the drive of patrol team to the site is included in the service price.
- In case of false alarm the first drive of the patrol team to the site is free of charge, the second is followed by drawing attention to it and from the third the fee 9.90 €.
- In case of lack of security equipment we provide the solution, installation and maintenance according o the specifics and requirements of the object. The base set “Apartment“ from 285 €, base set “House“ from 725 €.
